And they’re off! The Tracsis Events Supervisor Training Scheme Induction took place earlier this month, and it was a roaring success! The group got stuck into team building exercises, scenarios and theory-based learning with excitement and eagerness throughout.
As our biggest trainee group to date (27!) we were blown away with how well everyone communicated and bonded over the 2-days. The peer group they have created will be a massive benefit to them, as they take on a full season of Event Traffic Management.
Some of them have already taken their newly learnt skills into the field with brilliant feedback from Event Project Managers. We will be onsite with them all year long to help them develop their practical skills even further!
