Board of Directors

Jill was appointed to the Board on 5 October 2022 and was appointed Non-Executive Chair on 1 September 2023. She is also Non-Executive Chair of Headland Consultancy and is a Non-Executive Director on the Boards of Auto Trader Group plc, Ashtead Group plc, and UP Global Sourcing Holdings plc. She was previously Chief Executive Officer of Boden. This followed a 15 year career in a variety of senior management roles at Tesco plc, where she was a member of the Executive Committee.

Chris joined Tracsis in February 2019 as CEO Designate and became Chief Executive Officer in May 2019. Prior to joining Tracsis, Chris was Managing Director of Ricardo UK Limited's automotive consulting division. Chris has previously fulfilled a number of senior roles within Ricardo plc including Managing Director of Ricardo Software, New Ventures Director and Global Product Group Director. Chris started his career at Ford Motor Company before joining global management consultancy A.T.Kearney. Chris holds a Master's degree in Engineering, Economics and Management from the University of Oxford and is an alumnus of Harvard Business School.

Andy joined Tracsis as Chief Financial Officer in February 2021. Prior to this he spent eight years at The Vitec Group plc in a number of senior roles including Group Financial Controller and Divisional Finance Director. Before joining Vitec he held positions in finance and strategy at Anglo American plc and Carphone Warehouse plc. He is a Chartered Accountant, having trained with Deloitte, and holds a first class degree in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge.

James joined the Board in September 2021. He is currently Chief Executive Officer of AB Dynamics plc, having held the position since 2018. Prior to this he was Group Managing Director at FTSE 250 listed Diploma PLC for six years where he delivered a series of successful international acquisitions. His previous career involved leadership positions predominantly in the aerospace and defence industry, including senior roles at Chemring Group PLC and Cobham PLC. James holds a PhD in engineering and is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer and Fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers.

Ross joined the Board on 2 April 2024. He is a non-executive director and chair of the Audit & Risk Committee at The Unite Group plc, a non-executive director and chair of the Audit Committee at Bytes Technology Group plc, and a member of the Business Policy Panel of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland. Ross has significant experience in operationally complex businesses, including over 24 years in the public transport sector. He was formerly Chief Financial Officer of Stagecoach Group plc, and a Non-Executive Director and Audit Committee Chair of Virgin Rail Group Holdings Limited.

Tracy was appointed to the Board on 1 September 2023 and is Chair of the Remuneration Committee. Tracy worked as Group HR Director of Croda International plc, the FTSE 100 global specialty chemicals company, for 7 years until retiring in 2023. Prior to that she held Group HR Director roles with UK listed businesses Fenner plc and Scapa Group plc, and other senior HR roles with a number of multi-national manufacturing businesses. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and is a Non-Executive Independent Member of the Governance and Remuneration Committee of Orbit Group.
