Due to growth we are currently recruiting for an experienced Account Manager to join our sales function where you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong client relationships. You will be responsible for overseeing the accounts of key clients. This role requires resilience, tenacity and pace. You will develop strategies which will deliver incremental value to the customer from the installed Tracsis products and solutions at the customer account.
From scheduling to maintenance to keeping people safe, 2.7 million people are helped by our software daily. Technology makes it possible; people make it happen and you could be part of that.
Who you’ll be..
We want to make sure you’re set for success so the key skills we’re looking for in the role are below. We know not everyone ticks all the boxes and we’ll provide training on some of the areas if you’re the right person for the role.
- Experience of delivering and overseeing small to medium sized projects.
- Experience managing enterprise level accounts.
- Proven negotiation and commercial deal-making skills.
- Proven business acumen and solutioning skills.
- A business understanding of enterprise and SaaS software.
- Proven drive and enthusiasm.
- Demonstrable sense of urgency.
- Solution-oriented.
- Ability to motivate and influence a virtual team to achieve a desired outcome.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer and internal relationships.
- Ability to manage realistic customer expectations and be a trusted advisor – including respectful “pushback” when required.
- Proven negotiation skills.
- Ability to connect with Executive-level stakeholders.
